ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Corporate Learning Specialist at H-FARM Business School, you will play a key role in the design, coordination, and delivery of high-impact learning solutions tailored to our corporate partners. You will manage end-to-end project execution, working closely with clients, faculty, and cross-functional teams to ensure learning programs are aligned with business needs and deliver measurable value. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and manage corporate learning programs in collaboration with clients and subject-matter experts, ensuring content relevance, pedagogical quality, and effective delivery.
- Act as a primary point of contact for corporate clients, managing communications, collecting feedback, and nurturing long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate all phases of program execution, including planning, logistics, budgeting, vendor management, and post-delivery evaluation.
- Collaborate with faculty and learning designers to curate and customize educational content, ensuring alignment with client objectives and learning outcomes.
- Monitor program effectiveness through data collection and analysis, producing insightful reports and improvement plans based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Contribute to the development of new learning formats and digital solutions, staying up to date with the latest trends in corporate training and adult education.
- Support business development efforts, helping to draft proposals, build presentations, and identify growth opportunities with existing and potential clients.
- REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Engineering, Education, or Organizational Psychology).
- 2+ years of experience in corporate training, L&D, consulting, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Strong client management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior professionals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with learning platforms and digital tools is a plus.
