Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with H-Farm's vision and objectives.
• Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication at all levels.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless coordination and integration across all project phases.
• Monitor project performance using key metrics and prepare detailed reports for the CEO and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and propose initiatives that enhance the strategic value of projects.

• Implementation of a Philanthropic Gift Scholarship Program: Oversee the design and roll-out of a program enabling talented students to access educational opportunities through donor-funded scholarships.
• Strategic Partnerships with Leading Higher Education Institutions: Drive the development of collaborations with renowned universities and educational organizations to strengthen H-Farm's academic network.
• Operational Effectiveness Program: Optimize internal processes and workflows to ensure scalable and efficient project execution across departments.
• Digital Innovation in Education: Introduce and integrate new educational technologies to enhance learning experiences for students and staff.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in project leadership roles, preferably in an international and multicultural context.
• Strong understanding of strategic project management principles and methodologies.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to evolving priorities.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Knowledge of educational technologies or innovation ecosystems is a plus.
