We are looking for an Academics & Innovation Junior Member who will work closely with the Head of Academics and Innovation, the leadership team and the Education specialists to develop and implement a strategic vision for innovation in Education in Italy and other strategic countries.
STARTING DATE: End of August 2022
Main responsibilities:
- Liaise with the Head of Academics to support the identification of the school needs.
- Help in researching and study activities.
- Help in designing and implementing new educational and academics programs.
- Assist during the all organization process
Qualifications and skills:
- A relevant bachelor (e.g. Law, Economics, Education, Pedagogy, Psychology).
- Interest in the educational field.
- Study experiences abroad (e.g. Erasmus).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Practical and fast learner.
- Collaborative team builder.
- Excellent interpersonal skills/communication skills along with a sense of humor.
- Provides excellent service with courtesy and professionalism.
- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional IT skills (MacOs operating system, G Suite, Keynote, Spreadsheets, Slack).
- Previous experience in project management and/or budgeting will be highly regarded.
- An Indiana Jones-style of on-the-go problem-solving.
