At H-FARM International School Vicenza, an international school that is part of the largest innovation platform in Europe, we are looking for an Admissions Manager. The selected candidate will be the key point of reference for the admissions process of new students, working closely with the school management and acting as a link with the marketing office at headquarters.
The Admissions Manager is expected to engage proactively in school life and initiatives and will serve as the primary point of contact for the school community.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a liaison with departments at headquarters;
Support the Head of School in the planning and execution of school projects/events;
Maintain regular communication with school families, ensuring efficient and effective information flow;
Manage cross-channel leads, guiding prospective students and their families throughout the entire admissions process;
Support families and future students through all phases of the application, selection, enrollment, funding, and payment processes;
Help design, plan, and deliver awareness and recruitment events (e.g., Open Days);
Support the Management Team with the analysis, management, and reporting of structured data and statistics, as well as in the monitoring and planning of Marketing, Sales, and Admissions division activities.

Negotiation skills and well-developed soft skills;
Ability to work collaboratively in a team, results-oriented mindset, and confidence in achieving and exceeding goals;
Ability to prioritize tasks, work methodically, and stay calm under pressure;
Proven organizational skills and attention to detail;
Proficiency in English (C1 level);
Previous experience in international school settings is highly valued.
