The ideal candidate will have a passion for entrepreneurship and startups, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing accelerator programs, mentoring teams, managing complex projects, and events. The Accelerator Manager will be responsible for overseeing key projects of the Entrepreneur & Startup Center, including managing the Accelerator Programs, supporting students and startups, collaborating with partners and investors, and organizing courses, workshops, and events.



  • Organise and manage existing and new Accelerator programs.
  • Develop and manage methods, tools, and best practices for the Entrepreneur & Startup Center, in particular new approaches to managing Accelerator programs.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to students & startups, helping them to grow and succeed in their projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and investors to provide resources and support to Accelerator programs and participating startups.
  • Represent H-Farm and the Entrepreneur & Startup Center in external events and initiatives.
  • Plan and execute events, workshops, and other activities that promote entrepreneurship and innovation (HF Events)

  • Support College Courses
  • Support Enhancing Courses
  • Support Business projects

Investment Programs

  • Support the H-FARM pre-Seed Fund
  • Support the H-FARM Portfolio support
  • Support General fundraising
