Role Overview
As part of our BSc programs, we are seeking a Professor in Sustainability & Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to inspire and guide students in understanding the role of sustainability within modern organizations.
The successful candidate will contribute to developing students’ awareness of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles, sustainable business models and strategies, circular economy, and the impact of responsible decision-making in today’s global economy, and to developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills related to sustainability challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lectures seminars, and interactive workshops in Sustainability and CSR (36 teaching hours in presence at the H-Farm Campus)
- Integrate real-world case studies and industry best practices into teaching
- Supervise student projects and provide academic guidance
- Collaborate with faculty and external partners to ensure curriculum relevance and innovation
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching materials and course content
Qualifications & Experience
- B2/C1 level of English (teaching language)
- A Master’s or Ph.D. in Sustainability, Business Administration, Environmental Studies, Economics, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of CSR, ESG standards, and sustainable business practices
- Experience in teaching at university level (preferred)
- Professional or consulting experience in sustainability, ESG, or corporate responsibility is a strong plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and mentoring skills
- Passion for education and for fostering a sustainability mindset in students
