H-FARM College - Junior Admission & Sales Officer

To support our growth, we are currently looking for a motivated candidate with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in guiding prospective students through their decision, to join our Admissions team. In this role you will support student recruitment, selection, and enrollment activities, contributing to an outstanding admission experience aligned with the College's values. It is an excellent entry point to grow within a dynamic, international education environment.
 

MAIN TASKS

• Assist the Admissions Team in managing and tracking inquiries, applications, and admissions procedures.
• Manage communication with prospective students, applicants, and families (email, phone, online and on-campus meetings)
• Support the organization and execution of admissions events, such as open houses, college tours, and orientation sessions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on the school's admissions platforms.
• Assist in maintaining the admissions database and ensuring the accuracy of applicant records.
• Help coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-up communications with applicants and their families.
• Provide support in the preparation of admissions reports and analysis of enrollment data.
• Assist in the onboarding process of newly admitted students, ensuring they receive all necessary documentation and information prior to their start date.
• Stay informed about the college's programs, curriculum, and extracurricular offerings to effectively communicate with prospective students.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• A results-oriented, relational approach: comfortable engaging people, handling questions and supporting prospects toward a confident decision.
• Strong interest in higher education and student recruitment.
• Prior experience in sales, admissions, customer service, or administrative support is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM or admissions software is an advantage.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting.

WHAT WE OFFER 

• Permanent full-time contract (CCNL Commercio, 4th level), gross annual salary between € 25.000 and € 27.000, plus employer contribution towards meals.
