We are currently looking for an exceptional Professor of ‘Innovation, Technology & Law’. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible, as applications will be processed on a rolling basis. 

We are looking for passionate professors who give their students hope for the future and can help them grow and be better than their previous best. You will teach our students enrolled in the first year of the BSc ‘International Business Studies’, BSc ‘Digital Economics & Finance’, and BSc ‘Management & Data Science’. These programmes are delivered and assessed in English.

  • The role of technology in innovation
  • Driving forces for innovation
  • Types of digital technologies
  • Data governance, Internet, and digital laws
  • Health and safety in an evolving digital landscape
  • Ethics and morals in a digital world
  • Managing innovation and risk

Qualifications Requested 

  • A relevant Master’s degree or Ph.D. qualification (for example, International Law, Trade Law, Private or Labour Law or a related field, with a focus on innovation, technology and related laws) 
  • Right to work in Italy (EU passport or valid Italian work VISA)
  • Immaculate police check(s)
  • Fluent English: reading, speaking, writing (Common European Framework of Reference - CEFR level C1-C2)

Contract Duration 

  • 2nd term (February-June 2024)
  • 36h of teaching + assessment week

Experience and Skills

  • Specialist skills & knowledge, and relevant teaching experience within the subject area(s)
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver innovative enquiry-based lessons that engage students and address their diverse learning needs
  • A minimum of 2 years of recent and relevant experience in a higher education environment, including evaluating and providing regular feedback on student exercises, projects, and exams
  • Demonstrated ability to use digital tools and resources effectively to enhance learning
  • Planning and organisational skills

  • Someone who is not afraid to innovate and who fosters innovation within their students.
